Have been using this anti fog since I learned about  in scuba training around 2007. Just spray mask wipe around dip in water and never fog. So transfered to open water swimming and triathlons and just I believe the simplest and best product. After every swim get home spray once in each cup,rub in with finger light rinse hang and ready for next swim. Put them in your goggle pouch and they will be ready. Some new goggles that say anti fog treat them any way cause they always fog. This is true anti fog. I've had new goggles that are suppose to be anti fog after treat if fog dip in water and that's it no more fog. Only thing I would say if they sit over month retreat before swim.
